By enrolling in our riding programs, visiting our property, or participating in any activity hosted by WildHeart Captures, you agree to abide by the following terms, conditions, and policies.
Business Entity
WildHeart Captures is a DBA of i2Holdings, LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company.
Program Commitment
- All lesson programs require a minimum 3-month commitment.
- Lesson slots are limited and scheduled based on rider level, instructor availability, and horse assignments.
- Consistency is essential for progress and safety.
- This 3-month commitment cannot be paused or frozen for any reason, including vacations, schedule conflicts, or rider preference.
Payment Policy
- Clients must keep a valid card on file.
- Monthly tuition is charged automatically and must be paid on time.
- Tuition is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot, trainer, and horse assignment.
- Missed payments or early cancellations do not cancel your financial obligation.
- If you terminate lessons before the end of the 3-month commitment, your remaining balance will be sent to collections, and you will be responsible for all legal or administrative fees incurred.
- Late or missed payments may result in lesson suspension or permanent schedule removal.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
Attendance and Rescheduling
- One unconditional courtesy reschedule per quarter is allowed.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a missed lesson, which is not refundable or transferable.
- Complimentary makeup lessons must be used within 30 days.
- Riders must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend lesson time and count against the allotted time.
- Horses and trainers will be waiting at the arena; riders should grab a helmet and proceed directly to begin the lesson.

- This waiver must be signed each time a guest visits.
- It is the responsibility of the rider or account holder to ensure compliance.

Horsemanship and Extended Time
- Riders are encouraged to arrive early or stay after their scheduled time to participate in horsemanship and grooming (when available).
- This time may depend on schedule flow and staff availability.
- Horses may be shared between lessons; riders may still observe, learn, and participate around the scheduled use.
Photo and Media Policy
- WildHeart Captures regularly captures photos and videos during lessons for use on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Participation in our programs constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed.
- If you do not wish to be featured, you must notify us in writing prior to your first lesson.
